Dear Manager,

We initially called flora because of her marketing campaign in the neighborhood.  We choose her over two other Realtors because of her sincerety to help us, her warm and outgoing personality.  The process of selling our home was more complicated and very emotional for us, due to the fact that we had to sell, after living in our home for 14 years.  We had our ups & downs through escrow process, but I never had any doubt about her integrity nor her abilities.  She is a great business woman, a knowledgable agent and at the times when I needed it the most a "Warm Fuzzy" to get me through this very difficult peroid of our life.

Dear Manager,

We met Flora as she was placing 4th of July Flags on our street.  We met her again few months later, to sell our home.  She went from staging the house to bringing a professional photographer and through lots of work and marketing. We were glade that we followed her suggestion on the price or we would have sold our home for much lower price now.  Lots of the homeowners around us chassed the market down, but we were fortunate to finish with pleasing price.

As we have been settling into our new home, I wanted to take some time out to tell you how much we appreciate all of Flora's exceptionally hard work in getting this deal done. She not only searched active MLS listings, she would send out letters to homeowners and contacted homes on hold to come up with our dream home. We entered into a chain of escorw, our's was the middle one, with many problems, including lending problems from the first escrow, and inexperience agents not knowing how to handle some of the issues.  Flora wound up doing all of their work and bent over backward to make sure everything got taken care of so we could close escrow.
